What kind of practice is Vitalis Health Solutions?
Vitalis is an integrative women's health practice serving Alpharetta, GA and North Fulton, combining acupuncture and East Asian medicine, hormone and metabolic assessment, musculoskeletal care and immune support. We use the full range of options with clinical support, including non-pharmaceutical options such as herbs, peptides and homeopathics, and coordinate with licensed medical providers for prescription care.
Do you take insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly, which gives us the time to build a plan around you. Fees are shared up front. We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services. Eligibility depends on the service and your plan, and some services need a letter of medical necessity, so check with your plan administrator.
What happens at the first visit?
You complete a health questionnaire, then have a 90-minute in-person visit with a full-body exam (not a gynecologic exam), plus a review of your history, symptoms, medications and any labs. You leave with a clear picture of what may be contributing and a first set of next steps.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Consultations and follow-ups can be virtual. Acupuncture, injections and other in-person services require an in-person visit, and we confirm the location when you book.
Will you replace my doctor?
No. We work alongside your physicians and specialists and will never ask you to stop a prescribed medication.
How much does care cost?

Start with the Women's Health Reset, our entry-level group program: $375 for six live sessions, a welcome call and a graduation Clarity Clinic. It is a lower-commitment way to learn, build your plan and see whether our approach fits you. When you are ready for individual care, a full in-person visit is 90 minutes and includes a full-body exam (not a gynecologic exam), provided by a licensed practitioner. Fees for every option are shared up front, before you commit.
